為了確保陜西省漢中市南鄭區S220南朱線（舊稱漢通路）從大河坎鎮到朱家壩村路段的安全，特別是因為這段路坡度陡峭且臨近水域和懸崖，相關部門決定從2024年9月11日起對這一路段實行交通限制。此舉旨在防止在這段山區公路上發生危險化學品運輸車輛事故，以確保沿途居民的安全。

The restriction measures will start from 0:00 on September 11, 2024, and there is no clear end time. The restricted section is from Xiaonanhai Town to Zhujiaba Village on the S220 Nanzhu Line in Nanzheng District. All hazardous chemical transportation vehicles are subject to these restrictions.

For hazardous chemical transportation vehicles that need to pass through this section, detours are advised. The detour route is via the 108 National Road in Hantai District and the G85 Hanzhong West section. This detour can avoid the restricted area and ensure the safety of the transportation process.

Any vehicles and personnel who violate the restrictions will be punished according to the law. This is in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations such as the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Dangerous Goods Road Transportation Safety Management Measures.

Please note that all drivers of hazardous chemical transportation vehicles must choose a detour route when passing through this section and must not force their way through the restricted area.
